About Our Program
KNR Connections LLC offers a non-medical, unlicensed residential program designed exclusively for fully independent adults aged 62 and older.
Our shared housing model pairs compatible participants in well-maintained homes, fostering community while preserving each individual’s autonomy.
We also offer consulting for people who want to create similar housing programs. Our guidance is based on real-world experience running shared living homes.
We are not an assisted living facility, group home, or nursing home. Our participants are self-sufficient individuals who choose shared housing for the social, financial, and lifestyle benefits it provides.

Move-In Information
A security deposit equals one month's rent. We work with veteran support programs, including SSVF. Installment plans are available upon qualification.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Age 62 or older (HOPA-compliant community).
- Must be able to manage all activities of daily living independently.
- Must be able to manage and administer medications independently.
- Must have verifiable, stable income.
- Must be willing to follow 'House Success Rules' regarding shared spaces and respect for neighbors.

Legal Notice
Our community is strictly for those 62+ in accordance with the Housing for Older Persons Act. We are a housing facilitator and property manager. We are NOT a licensed healthcare, assisted living, group home, rooming house, or nursing facility. We do not provide caregiving services.
All deposits are held in a dedicated Florida bank account in accordance with state law (FL Statute 83.49).
